Compliance Hardening

Frameworks are a map, not a destination. I translate the control language into changes on your infrastructure: who can access what, how authentication works, how logs are retained, how segmentation is enforced. You get a plan your admins can execute and evidence that holds up in review.

01Scope

What the work covers.

01

Gap assessment

Where you are against your target framework, with every gap tied to a system and a control.

02

Identity & access design

RBAC models, MFA enforcement including GCP IAP-based access, least privilege, and joiner/mover/leaver handling.

03

Network & data protection

Segmentation, lockdown of management planes, encryption at rest and in transit, including CMEK where it is required.

04

Logging & monitoring evidence

What has to be logged, retained and reviewed for each control, and how to show it without exporting spreadsheets by hand.

05

Policy & procedure support

Policy language that matches how your team actually works, so it doesn't get ignored six weeks after sign-off.

06

Remediation checklist

Ordered by risk and effort, with an owner and a way to verify each item is really done.

02Process

How the engagement runs.

No engagement starts without a written scope and agreed rules of engagement. Testing windows, contacts and escalation paths are fixed before anything is touched.

What I need from you

  • Scope: URLs, apps, IP ranges or accounts in scope
  • One technical contact and one escalation contact
  • A testing window, or written approval to test 24/7
  • Credentials for the roles that should be tested
  1. 01

    Scope

A short call, then a written scope. Targets, rules of engagement, testing windows and anything that is out of bounds.

  2. 02

    Test

Manual work against the real attack surface, with automated tooling where it helps. Findings are confirmed before they reach the report.

  3. 03

    Prove

Every issue comes with reproduction steps, a CVSS score and a realistic impact statement. Critical is just a word without evidence.

  4. 04

    Verify

After remediation I retest each finding and confirm it is closed. Most engagements stop before this step. This is the one that counts.

Send a short description of the environment and what you need to know. You will get an honest read on scope, timeline and whether this is the right engagement.
